TC100 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially designed for polyolefins, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements; it mainly plays a flame retardant effect by carbon-forming and intumescent flame retardant mechanism. It is not restricted by RoHS and REACH; it has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity. Flame retardant PP with TC100, 25 parts flame retardant can reach UL94 V-0 (1.6mm); TC100 can be used in filling system PP, adding 10 parts talc under 25 parts TC100 can reach UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) .
